Terms of Service
By using Qree you agree to these terms.
1. Service
Qree ("the service") is a free QR code generator with scan analytics, operated by Alex Kay ("the operator") at qree.app.
2. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranty. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the preservation of data.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for: unlawful content, phishing, malware distribution, spam, copyright-infringing links. The operator may suspend or delete QR codes without notice if a violation is suspected.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of any destination URLs and QR designs you enter. You are responsible for ensuring your destination URLs do not violate any law or third-party right.
5. Account and termination
You may delete your account or QR codes at any time. The operator may terminate access for violations.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for indirect, consequential damages or loss of profits. Total liability shall not exceed €10. Mandatory provisions remain unaffected.
7. Changes
Material changes will be announced on the site.
8. Governing law
Laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. EU consumer protections of the user's residence remain unaffected.
