By using qree.app ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

qree.app provides QR code generation, URL shortening, and scan analytics. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Spam, phishing, or distributing malware
• Creating QR codes that link to illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Abusing the Service in a way that degrades it for other users
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

QR code management

We reserve the right to deactivate or remove QR codes that violate these terms, without prior notice.

Account

You are responsible for your account and any activity that occurs under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Limitation of liability

qree.app is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service (if any).
